BRT Project Calling Procedure for TSS to report failures:
- Call level 1 first and wait for 10 minutes before calling the next level if there is no reply or response
- Note that for all deployed intersections, call the signal contractor (responsible for affected intersection) first to start the dispatching process
- For not yet deployed intersection, call OHL as before. If in 10 minutes, there is no response, call the CEI
- Call the CEI if there is no response to step 1, 2, and 3
